We are working as a pair to promote this blog for our school project. We will be featuring simple healthy dishes that anyone can prepare at home and easy enough for even those who do not cook usually. We have done a research from others blogs, recipe from the other people and friends thus these recipe posted in the blog do not belong to us. Our main aim is to help gather interesting and useful recipe to help everyone for easier reference.


The reason why we choose to do post on healthy delicacy is because of the increasing number of people suffering from all sorts of illness such as diabetes and obesity. One of the reason is because of the increasing number of fast food around the world and the limited time people have because of the hectic lifestyle.


We want people to recognize the importance of choosing the right food to lead a healthy lifestyle and the enjoyment of it. One of the main reason why many still refuse to start eating healthily is because they think that healthy food is not as delicious as the food bought from the outside such as fast-food restaurant and Kopitiam.


Thus, we would like to show everyone that healthy food can be enjoyed as much as any other fast food. Furthermore, the process of preparing them yourself can be a new experience to many. This blog will not only help you to prepare main dishes but also teach you many recipe for preparing appetizers, desserts, snacks and others for the different occasions of the year
